THEME: CHRIST IN YOU

THEME SCRIPTURE: "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"  Colossians 1:27 KJV

PREPARATORY QUESTIONS:

1. What makes the Christian special?

2. What does it mean to be born again?

 When we got born again, Jesus came to dwell in our hearts. This ushered us into a new class, a new level. It is easy to find many Christians who wish they were like Elijah, Elisha, or Samuel. Some go on their knees and cry to God to make them like the prophets of old. But there is no need for it because we are on a new level—a level nothing can compare with.

Jesus, speaking of John the Baptist, pointed out that among all those who have been born of women, there is none greater than John the Baptist. Notwithstanding, the one who is least in the kingdom of heaven (because he is born of God) is greater than John (Matt 11:11).

 Precious One, if you can understand this statement Jesus made, you will marvel at what you have become.

It all depends on who birthed you. Are you born of a woman or of God? All the prophets of old were born of women, and even they, working with God, did marvelous things. The greatest among that class is John the Baptist.

 John saw the Christ. He baptized the Christ, but the Christ never tabernacled Himself in him [John]. You are not in that class

You are not born of a woman but of God on the day that you believed in His resurrection power. The power that raised Christ from the dead.

That day you became another person—one who is born of the Infinite, the Supreme God. That same day God moved His habitation [His address from heaven] to your spirit. He lives in you. 

Precious One, do you see God inside of you or do you still see God far from you in heaven? Christ in you, the hope of glory. Yeah, it is all glory. You and the One inside of you are inseparable.

 When you pray, don’t expect your prayers to go to heaven. The one who answers prayer is already inside of you. When you pray, don’t expect the prince of Persia to block your prayers because the prayer-answering God is inside of you.

What is more profound is that the One who lives in you is greater than all. Since you and the God inside of you are inseparable, it means you are greater than all. It also means that wherever you show up, God has shown up there too. You move with God.

Precious One, have you been born again? If yes, then the question is—what have you become? Have you taken the time to find out the answer to this question?

Because if you do, you will cease to be afraid of death, sickness, and the things that make men (born of women) tremble. Certain predicaments will not stop attacking your life as long as you see yourself as one born of a woman. From today going forward, I dare you in the name of Jesus, to wake up to the kind of birth you have received in Christ, and your birthright will be handed to you. You are bigger than you think. You are superior to what you think. God bless you more.

In the name of Jesus, I affirm that I am born of God. Therefore, my life is supernatural in every way. My spiritual roots go deeply into His life as I am continually infused with strength every day. My union with Christ has brought me to free and open access to God’s grace. From today going forward, I reign over all things because God lives in me. Glory - Hallelujah!
