12. Prayer Against the spirit of Fear
- In the name of Jesus who is my light and my salvation, I come against the spirit of fear, terror and dread. I rebuke you in His name. I charge you to leave right now my life. I cast you out completely. In Jesus' name return no more. – Psalm 27: 1
- In the name of Jesus even if I am in the valley of the shadow of death, I cannot be afraid. God has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you so that I can boldly declare “I will not fear what man can do to me”. I affirm that God is with me. He is my helper. I am not alone in this therefore I am more than a conqueror. – Hebrews 13:5,6
- In the name of Jesus, I rebuke you [spirit of fear], charging you never to return. For God has not given me the spirit of fear but of power, love and of a sound mind. In Jesus' name, I have a sound mind. I am full of God’s power therefore fear is crushed completely out of my life. – 2 Timothy 1:7
- It is written, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. In Jesus' name, I am strengthened against all fears; I am upheld by the righteous right hand of God. Thank you Father, I have overcome – Isaiah 41:10
