TOPIC: SAVED FOR A PURPOSE 

THEME SCRIPTURE: "The Lord said, 'Go, for Saul is my chosen instrument to take my message to the Gentiles and to kings, as well as to the people of Israel.'" — Acts 9:15 (NLT)

 

PREPARATORY QUESTION 

1. Are you merely grateful for your salvation, or are you actively living out God's purpose for your life?

 

 

 

God did not save Saul simply to rescue him from his past; He saved him for His purpose. The persecutor became a preacher, the destroyer became a builder, and the man who once opposed Christ became His chosen messenger. God's grace did more than forgive Saul—it redirected his life toward a mission far greater than himself.

The same principle applies to every believer. Salvation is not the finish line; it is the beginning of a life devoted to God's kingdom.

Christ calls us not only to receive His grace but also to represent Him wherever He places us.

Your workplace, family, neighborhood, and community are all fields where God intends His light to shine through you.

Living on mission does not always require a public platform or extraordinary opportunities. It begins with faithful obedience in ordinary moments—speaking truth with love, serving with humility, extending forgiveness, and sharing the hope of Christ with courage.

God often accomplishes extraordinary purposes through ordinary people who make themselves available to Him.

When your life belongs to Christ, your gifts, experiences, and even your past become instruments in His hands. The question is no longer, "What do I want to accomplish?" but, "How can Christ be glorified through me today?"

Father, thank You for saving me with purpose. Help me to live beyond myself and to faithfully represent Christ wherever You have placed me. Make me available to Your Spirit, obedient to Your voice, and committed to Your mission. May my life bring glory to You and point others to Jesus. In Jesus' precious name, Amen.
